RadPieChart label not positioned correctly when printing

Hello,

When I try to print a pie chart with labels, the label positions are not correct.

You can see in the screenshot the "wrong" render of the chart labels in the Print Preview panel.

 

I'm using the Telerik_UI_for_WindowsUniversal_2015.1.420. (my computer runs on Windows 10)

 

What can I do to solve this?

Hi Adrien,

This looks like a timing issue -- as if there has not been enough time for the printed page to arrange correctly. A simple test on my end does not show such issues, I have attached a screenshot as well as my test example, so that you can review it and compare it to your implementation.

I forgot to mention that we put the chart in a richtextblock.

This is why the render is not correct.

Thanks for the additional information. Still, my example works fine with this applied. I have attached the updated version of MainPage.xaml. Did this run fine for you? Maybe you can try to compare it to your setup and apply the differences in the sample in order to pinpoint the exact setting, which triggers the incorrect behavior, so that we can reproduce it and investigate.
