I am new to Telerik, so please pardon the "noob" question if this has been answered before.
I have a web page with numerous Asp.Net and Telerik controls. I added the RadFormDecorator, because I like the way enhances control appearance, however I am experiencing an issue with my RadNumericTextBox and RadDatePicker controls. IF the form decorator is present on the page, padding in the RadNumericTextBox and RadDatePicker will disappear when you roll over either of these control types, causing a discernable jump by the control. If I remove the form decorator, the issue goes away, but so does the nice effects that the decorator gived to the controls. I am using version 2009.3.1208.35 of the Telerik.Web.UI dll.
Is this a known issue that will be fixed sometime down the road or is there something I am doing wrong?
I should note that for various reasons, the page also contains the following Telerik "Managers":
RadScriptManager,
RadSkinManager,
RadAjaxManager,
RadInputManager
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Barry,
I tried to reproduce the problem locally but to no avail. Could you please open a support ticket and send me a small sample page that reproduces the problem along with some screenshots showing it? I will check it right away.
