RadMessageBox offset within page

I've a page whose root element is a Border with a BorderThickness="4" & Padding="4".

In Q3 2011, when showing a RadMessageBox it would correctly nestled into the top-left corner of the page.

In Q1 2012 the RadMessageBox is offset horizontally & vertically from the top-left corner by the sum of BorderThickness & Padding. Varying the values of these properties varies the position at which RadMessageBox appears.

I would submit that this is incorrect & requires remedying.

I have attempted to file an issue on this but the system appears to have eaten the submission.
