If I move my mouse over the "Upload" menu item, I get a border to show up around the menu item. When I click on it, the highlighted view disappears until I move mouse mouse off the menu item and move it back onto it.
This behavior seems wrong as the mouse is still hovering over the menu item. Is there a way to preserve the Highlighted Visual State after the click?

Hello Rick,
This behaviour is by design - the RadMenu item does not have a IsSelected state. That is why, as a work-around I can suggest you to set he IsCurrent property of the menu item which will highlight the item again.
