Hi
Just wondered if you can reveal any potential new providers for the map control in forthcoming releases? We are creating an application that plots locations on a map of telephone calls that are coming into a call centre, in real time and historically from our database.
I tried to create a Yahoo Maps provider based on MapProviderBase, but I realized that each image tile I obtained had the Yahoo logo, scale, etc. on and I could not find a way in their API to remove them, no doubt intentional. I suppose Yahoo are not providing a map tile service directly, but instead an API to generate individual maps.

Thank you for the feedback.
We will inspect licenses of the potential map providers. The list of the prospective providers will be available later when the licensing issues will be resolved.
I have tried using the following URL templates, but I couldn't see Yahoo logo or other specific elements:
Street map URL format - http://us.maps2.yimg.com/us.png.maps.yimg.com/png?v=3.52&t=m&x={x}&y={y}&z={zoom}
Aerial map URL format - http://us.maps3.yimg.com/aerial.maps.yimg.com/tile?v=1.7&t=a&x={x}&y={y}&z={zoom}
