RadListCatalog_SelectedIndexChanged Fires Twice

I am using an image button with m,y listview using the command="Select" to add the item to my cart. When the item is selected the selected_indexChanged is firing twices and insert 2 records for the one item selected.

I am using 2009.2.1208 version Control ListView

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a fix or work around?
