When I set the filename to anything in English, it comes back in Excel as
%4c%69%6e%65%20%49%74%65%6d%20%52%65%73%65%74%20%43%6f%73%74%20%44%61%74%61 1 .xlsx
What's up with this? I have manually encode/decode the file name now?

Hello Mark,
I assume that you are using IE6. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX, where the problem is fixed.

I am using IE 7, but I installed the latest hotfix for Q2 2009 and the problem disappeared. Thank you!
