RadGrid selection changing when page is changed

Hello all,

Am working on silverlight 4 application.I started working on telerik Radgrid  for silverlight and i have run into an issue and I hope that someone could help me resolve this. 

Problem: In my Radgrid i can able to select all records  but whenever i change the page(am using RadDataPager for changing pages) am loosing all my selections this is my problem.What i need is,all my selections need not to be lost if i change the page.

Please help me regarding this,Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I have been waiting for any reply from long time,even i don't get any reply from telerik Admin's in the sense i think they are not aware of it or in silverlight for telerik controls we don't have the option for it.If we don't have the option means using RadControls for Silverlight is  invaluable
