Hello Krishna,
If you have a look at the demos on your PC that were installed with the Telerik controls then under Integration you will find a Magnifier Demo which shows magnifying content on mouse over.

thanks for replying, but i wanna uniformly zoom like zoom property so is there any alternative...

Hello Krishna,
As far as I'm aware, WinForms forms do not support zoom functionality. There are several articles on the Internet regarding zooming picture boxes and custom controls, though without using a technology like WPF, as far as I know this is not supported for forms.
