Hi Ali,
I suggest testing the Arabic language using our live examples. The RadEditor control support all possible languages supported by the used browser.
The PDF export functionality supports UTF-8 encoding and due to design decisions this cannot be changed. This matter depends entirely on the used keyboard layout of the language set to the OS.
