I have a page with RadDataBoundListBox and NavigationCacheMode set to NavigationCacheMode.Required. When I scroll in the RadDataBoundListBox , navigate to another page and then navigate back, the RadDataBoundListBox is always scrolled to the top. This is a bug in my opinion, the standard ListView remembers the position and also the RadDataBoundListBox in Windows Phone 8 Silverlight remembers it.
