RadDataBoundListBox and Pull-To-Refresh - not always refreshing

I have an issue that I noticed on Windows Phone 8 using Pull-To-Refresh with the RadDataBoundListBox control. In a WP8 application, pulling down to refresh sometimes does not trigger RefreshRequested (the control only displays "Pull to refresh" text, but does not trigger RefreshRequested). After several pull-down tries, it might get triggered (seems to be random). Also, the same pull-to-refresh functionality in a WP7.x application running on Windows Phone 8 works correctly (i.e., the problem is only with a WP8 application, using WP8 (or WP7) version of Telerik RAD controls). 

Any ideas what could cause the issue?

Thanks for writing.

Can you please try setting the UseOptimizedManipulationRouting property to false on RadDataBoundListBox and see if it will solve the case for you?

wp7 don't have the UseOptimizedManipulationRouting property。。
