radcontrol not displaying well during runtime

Am new to telerik radcontrols. I have been having issues with the controls. they appear well in visual studio but they don't display well during runtime. Please i need help.

The issue is quite unusual indeed. Would you please elaborate the exact steps that will help us reproduce it and share which exactly RadControls are you using in order to observe it?
