I'm new to Silverlight and I seem to be having a performance issue with the RadComboBox control. I am loading about 3,000 records from a wcf ria service into the combobox and it takes several seconds when you click on it for it to expand and list the contents. The query itself seems to return after about a second, so I'm not sure what's going on.
The same databind on the radgrid shows up almost immediately with no lag when scrolling all 3000+ records.
Any ideas?
