RadComboBox in tooltip

Hi all,
The problem is:
I have a RadToolTip Modal="true"
inside the tootip there is a combobox.
When i open the combobox the list of the databound elements appear behind the tooltip so I'm not able to choose any item.

I'm using the latest realease of the ASP.NET Ajax controls.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
