radchart wierd exception

when ever i drag-drop a rad chart on design view..it gives me this :

Error 20 System.TypeLoadException was thrown on

: Cannot find type System.Func`5 in module CommonLanguageRuntimeLibrary.

We might need a little bit more information on your environment.

• What is the version of your controls?
• Which version of Silverlight are you using?
• How did you reference the binaries (from GAC, reference assemblies installed by our installer, etc)?
