Axis labels can be styles collectively
this.radChart.DefaultView.ChartArea.AxisX.AxisStyles.ItemLabelStyle = this.Resources[ "ItemLabelStyle" ] as Style;
Can axis labels be styled individually; for example, I want different axis labels to have different colors (not the same color).

Unfortunately such functionality is not available at the moment. I have logged it as feature request and you can track its progress in our Public Issue Tracking System.
