When I add an ItemsSource of a collection of buttons, the button images do not show up, only the image filename is displayed in the button.

Hi mark,

Usually the ItemsSource of RadCarousel is set to a collection containing data items which will be later visualized by the carousel as demonstrated in this demo. If you would like to display UI elements like images, buttons, etc you might be better of using RadCarouselPanel.
