RadAjaxManager Bug on .Net 3.5

Hi,
I'm having Microsoft JScript runtime error: Unable to get value of the property 'PageRequestManager': object is null or undefined when ever page is loaded. I can no longer clicked on the dropdown whenever I continue with the page.
It throws error on this line on Telerik.Web.UI.We.....[dynamic] -->

window[Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager.getInstance()._uniqueIDToClientID(this._uniqueID)]=this;

got it... mode legacy on config is making the error for both 3.5 and 4.0

If you come to this page and wonder which mode is set to "Legacy". It is the "xhtmlConformance mode" set to Legacy. Please see the following link from Scott Guthrie for more information.

I'm still getting this error, and this item is NOT in my web.config.  Help!  This has broken production!!!!!!!
