Hello, I am using rad uploader and it works fine on my developer machine. When i try to upload files on the test server the files do not get uploaded. The icon in the left of the file name keeps circling forever and it never turns into a checkmark as it does on my machine. If i click the postback button while the icon keeps circling throws an exception as the file does not exists. I have granted permissions to the respective folders.

Hello Maria,

Which version of IIS do you use on your server? Apart from this, please take a look at the following help article which shows how to troubleshoot such issues. Please paste the error code that you see in the error console here so that we can take a look. Thank you.

Hello, I am using iis 7. I tried to do what the help article suggested and stiil no luck. In fire bug the status says 200 ok but the response tab keeps circling and does not load up anything. the url column says GET WebResourse.axd. I already enabled anonimous authentication to Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd. Could this be a firewall issue? Because i can upload files with no problem from the server hosting the page. But i cannot do it from any other machine, not even inside the LAN.

Hi Maria,

Please make sure that you are using the latest release before trying to capture the error messages. Also, make sure that you have the web.resource handler registered in the web.config, that if there is authentication you have excluded the handler from authentication and that you upload a file that is equal or smaller to the maximum allowed size by asp.net (which is by default 4mb).
