We are using Telerik Rad Control of version 2011.2.712.40.
Recently, our browser upgraded to IE 10 and the rad context menu is not showing up on first mouse click but shows up on the subsequent clicks. On the console, it shows the following issue:
Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd, line 166 character 2
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'documentElement' of undefined or null reference
Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd, line 166 character 2
This problem occurs in IE 10 only.
Kindly suggest us a fix for this issue.

Hi,
We introduced official support for IE10 and Visual Studio 12 in a "Refresh" called build ver. 2012.2.815. The older versions do not support IE10 and if you do not want to upgrade RadControls, you can force the browser to render the page in IE9 mode using the following meta tag:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE9" >
However, the recommended approach is to upgrade to the latest official build Q2 2013 SP1 (version 2013.2.717), which offers full support for IE10, including the latest bug fixes and new features.

Dear Team,
We are able to download the trial version of Q2 2013 SP1 (version 2013.2.717). We purchased RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX that has Developer License with Subscription and Priority Support until Mar 12, 2014. Let us know how to get the licensed version of 2013.2.717 build.

Hello Arockia,
You can download the desired version of RadControls from here (you have to be logged into your account).
Basically, the steps you need to take in order to navigate to the available for you versions of RadControls, are:
- Log into your Telerik account
- Click over "Product & Subscriptions" -> RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax
- Click over the "Download" button on the right
- click over "Browse all product files" for the desired suite
- Click over "Automatic installation"
