Hi Telerik Team,
I'm using RadUpload in my web application form to handle the upload file. I have a problem here with the mouse click event.
When I clicked the "select" button, there are some area that didn't respond to the mouse click event.
I've attached the image to make it clear. In that image you can see the area in a red box, if I click inside that area the popup to browse the files is worked smoothly, but if I clicked outside from that red box, it won't open the popup to browse file.
But the problem didn't occur if I set "EnableFileInputSkinning" to false.
Is there any solution to handle this without set " EnableFileInputSkinning" to false?

Hi Vivie Chia,
Which version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX are you using? Most select button problems have been fixed in Q2 2009 SP1 release. Can you upgrade to that release and test?

Hi Telerik,
I only know the product version of RadUpload control that I use.
I used RadUpload which has product version 2.4.0.1000 (please see the attachment for details).
Is it the version of Q2 2009 SP1?
If it's not, where can I find/download that RadUpload version so I can update my RadUpload control.

Hi Vivie Chia,
Unfortunately the old classic series of RadControls for ASP.NET are not sold anymore (and the issue in question wasn't fixed there anyway). You can get the latest trial version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX by logging in your account and navigating to this page:
