Q3 2012: Reorder tabs with drag and drop

Hello,
in the release notes for Q3 2012, I saw the following change for RadDocking:

• Enabled drag reorder of the tabs without popping out the dragged pane.

If I try with the online demos, I cannot drag a tab to another place in the tab list.
So, 2 questions:

1. Are the online demos up-to-date?
2. Are the release note correct?

It would be nice if the sample implements this, so we can test how it works before implementing in an existing application.
