We recently updated to Q2 and are now having a problem with the Month View of the ScheduleView. Before the update, week headers had vertical text. After the update, the text of the week headers is horizontal, which causes the headers to become much wider with a lot of empty space. Is this an issue you have seen? Can you help me figure out how to fix this? We have been working on fixing this for a while.

Thanks,
Steve

Hi Stephen,

There was an issue related with week group headers in MonthView with 0712 dll version. The issue was fixed shortly after the Q2 release and is available since the 0725 LIB.  The fix will be officially available for the Q2 SP1 release, which is scheduled for the week of 19-23 September.

Please, upgrade to the most recent version. The issue should be fixed. If you are still experiencing some troubles with RadScheduleView month view group headers, please let me know.

Thanks, Dani.

My co-worker says that when he goes to download RadControls for Silverlight, the available version is the same version we already have (0712). He says that a newer version is available under "internal builds," but is wary of using this version. Would you recommend just waiting for SP1 next week?

Thanks again,
Steve

Hello Stephen,

The LIB versions before Service Pack releases usually contain mainly bug fixes and it is not likely that any issue should occur while using a LIB version. However, I do recommend to wait for the official SP1 release next week. Of course, that is if your project time frame allows it.

Maybe you could just test your project with the latest LIB, which was released yesterday, 12.09 and see if the issue persists. In case it does, we can react timely, and offer assistance to fix it.
