Thank you for contacting us.
Currently, the RadColorPicker cannot be launched in the fashion you have illustrated. It is meant to be used as a standalone form, and not launched as a drop-down color picker. We are considering implementing this functionality in a future release. For the time being, we cannot commit to a particular timeframe when it will be available.
