Each Telerik Platform account comes with a Starter Data Plan which includes 1 000 000 push notifications per month. You can easily upgrade the data plan if the limit is reached and you will have a grace period included so you can purchase a larger data plan when your app expands and when it is actually needed.
In regard to the external client. I can think of the following options:
- You can easily create a simple web or desktop UI portal that communicates with the REST API of Backend Services in your Platform account and allows the client to send and manage push notifications.
- You can purchase a separate seat for the customer and invite him in your Platform account. Thus the customer will be able to examine the development phases and use the built-in portal for push notifications.
- The above option could be reversed - the customer buys the subscription and invites you in the Platform account. When the app is developed the app, the backend and the other services are handed over to them and they manage the account and data subscriptions.
