I've worked through the everlive push notifications sample app in detail. Had it working sending/receiving on both android and ios.
Now I am trying to use it on my own app. I added the plugin in icenium. Set the correct keys. Now I'd like to enable it on android, but I receive this error:
"The push notifications plugin is not initialized"
What is that supposed to mean and how do I fix it?

It just means that this was missing in the index page: <script src="Plugins/PushPlugin/PushNotification.js"></script>
