I'm using pull to refresh mechanism from DataBoundListBox, and I have next problem.
In XAML I set the property ShowPullToRefreshWhenNoData="True". When user launch the app and it's no internet the data isn't loaded. Screen is pulled by user, I call method to refresh, then (if still no internet) I call StopPullToRefreshLoading(false, true) for my DataBoundListBox. Loading label disappears, but refresh label became visible. If I make this one more time, refresh label will be situated even lower.

If you are referring to the same bug described in the previous post, it has been already fixed so you can give it a try with our latest release.
