Hi,

We haven't experienced any problem since the last one with Icenium when testing using Ion, everything works like a charm.  Now that we want to publish and got to the App store we ran into issues.  In properties, we can't load icons: we go through the selection process, the dialog box opens, we select the graphic and click open, and nothing happens.  The result is the same whether the icon is in the proper size already or not.  In Publishing, when trying to import the cert or the publishing profile, we get the spinner of death running for ever, and nothing get loaded.  We have tried this on 2 separate computers, with the same result.  On both machines the app runs on the iOS simulator (and android) and deploys to Ion without a problem.  Thank you in advance for your help !

Hello Patrick,

Do you experience the same behavior if you test with another project or account? Are there any errors in Mist's output pane?

All the best,

Hi Yavor,

There was nothing in the Output log, or any error displayed on the screen.  I tried different files/certs from different machines but always the same project and the same Telerik account.  I tried png and jpg files with the same result.

However, I just logged in to my account this morning from my Macbook and I was able to upload an icon, no problem.  Did you change/reset something ?  I will try to setup publishing and import certs as well and get back to you.

Thank you
