Hi, am converting my Crystal Reports to Telerik Reporting. The version am using is Telerik Reporting Q2 2013.

How to create multiple pie charts that sizes proportionally in the report? Am looking at creating Pie charts with two or more series ... and each sizes differently based on a sum / count. Its known as Proportional Multiple Pie Chart in Crystal Reports (see attached). Thanks.

Hello Tony,

Currently this feature is not supported. Using the Graph item you will produce a single pie chart. Thus our suggestion is to analyze the data before passing it to the report, add Graph item for each pie chart you want to render and set appropriate size for each of the items.

If you have any further questions, please elaborate on the scenario as what is the expected report layout, what is the used data structure and how it is retrieved.

Stef

Have you tried the new visualization options in Telerik Reporting Q2 2013? You can get them from your account.

I would like to know if this feature has been included in the current version.

If not, is there intentions to add this functionality?

Hi Kenneth,

The Graph item still generates a single Pie chart for the assigned data. If you want multiple similar Pie Charts, you can add a Graph item in a report or List item bound to data. Thus there will appear as many graphs as records in the container's data source.

Feel free to log a feature request for generating multiple charts in the same Graph item. Features are considered for implementation based on the demand for them.

Stef
