Heyas:

My company is very interested in the Prometheus controls, and wishes to purchase a developer license for them so that we can get rid of the copyright that pops up occasionally. I saw that they weren't released yet, and was wondering if purchasing the RadControls package would disable the copyright for Prometheus controls.

The problem is, I will be unable to get my company to purchase both the RadControls package and the Prometheus Controls package as both are a bit pricey (I'm assuming a $800 price tag for Prometheus as well as RadControls). We are implementing Prometheus controls now, so need to be able to implement them now...

Hello Duane,

Thank you for your support for our products.

If you purchase a license for RadControls for ASP.NET, you would receive a matching license for RadControls Prometheus, which would be a developer license and will not throw any copyright messages.

If you purchase a license with subscription for $999, you'd get both the RadControls for ASP.NET and the Prometheus suite's official release in April.

Since Prometheus is the successor of the classic RadControls, once Prometheus is officially released, the classic RadControls for ASP.NET will not be available for purchase.

So the best option for your company would be to purchase a subscription license for RadControls for ASP.NET for $999 before April, because in this way they would receive both Prometheus and the classic RadControls.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
