Hi Jacob,
This looks like a timing issue to me. Does the upload process takes a long time? Please try to tune the executionTimeout property, available in the httpRequest element. Also, I suggest that you record a fiddler cap log of the upload process so that we can take a look.

I used the Fiddlercap, but I cant upload the file? This time it stopped working around 9 minutes.
