GridExcelExportFormat.Xlsx:

Problems using german special characters like ö ä ü, will be exported as HTML special character &xxx (see screen1.png)

Hello,

I tested the described behaviour in the online demo below by enabling the editing and changing the employee name to one that contains the mentioned Unicode symbols and it exports as expected to Xlsx.

Test the demo on your end and verify what the difrenace in your case is.
