Problem with UI Edition licence

I can´t find a threat to post this.

The last week we buy the UI Edition licence but sometimes appears the message that says that we use a trial version.
In the telerik control manager we have installed:
 ASP.NET AJAX
Silverlight
WPF
Windows Forms
Kendo UI

Some solution?

Thank you for contacting us.

 As I can see the DevCraft UI Edition license is registered under [e-mail] account. He is License holder and licensed user for the software and that is why he is the only person who can download the software. The option is available under his account >> DevCraft UI Edition >> Downloads.

Hi Blajka,

I use this account because its my personal mail and is more easy for me get support.
When I install telerik, I use the account gfernadez.

Thank you for your reply.

I can transfer DevCraft UI Edition license from [e-mail] to [e-mail] account. In this way you will be able to log into [e-mail] account and download the software.
