Hi Telrik,
I have added Telerik Asyn Upload control inside Telerik Grid edit mode. When I open the page in IE 8 its working fine. But when i open the page in IE 6 the upload control is visible outside the grid. Can you please update on same?

I wasn't able to reproduce your problem at our online demo. Please tell us if the demo produces the same result on your end.
Also, could you please open a support ticket and send us a sample project, which demonstrates the issue to test it locally?
