I am connected to remote desktop and start running the tests on another server, and then i have a very big problem because all the tests fails on the moment when the mouse action is needed. The problem occurs when the remote window is minimalized or closed. The tests run fine if the focus is on the remote window.

    Hi Aliluyko,

In order to help with your issue, we need more information about your test scenario. Please provide us with a copy of your test and access to your application. If it is not possible to grant us access to your application, please take a Fiddler trace and attach it to a support ticket in a zip file. If you are unfamiliar with how to do that please refer to this short video. You can download the Fiddler application from here. A Jing video demonstrating the issue may also help us to better understand what is happening. If you regard that information as sensitive, you can attach it to a support ticket which is confidential, unlike this forum thread. Thanks for providing the information we need to best advise you.

    All the best,
    Plamen
