Hello,
Using the TimePicker for WP7 I am facing the following problem:
If you set as MinValue 00:35 and as MaxValue 01:05 then you cannot select 01:02.
Is this a known bug?

Hello Djsolid,
Thanks for contacting us and for reporting this issue.
Currently we are not aware of similar issue in RadTimePicker and were not able to reproduce it. We therfore would like to ask you to give us some further details on your scenario (XAML and C# code would be perfect) so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our side and see how we can help.
Thanks for your time.
Best wishes,

You can try it on the samples you provide for WP7 controls.
Navigate to TimePicker sample
Enter as minimum value 03:30
Enter as maximum value 04:10
Try to enter in the example field 03:40 (which based on min and max is valid).

Hello John,
Thanks for writing back.
We have now been able to reproduce the issue. This is an issue in RadTimePicker and we have logged it in our TODO system for fixing. Since we are already finished with the preparations around the Q2 2011 release (due to this week), we will not be able to include a fix in this package. However, we wil issue a fix in an upcoming Internal Build (usualy on created on weekly basis).
I have updated your account with 1000 Telerik points for bringing our attention to this issue.
All the best,
