Hello!

Im trying to install Reporting for trial purposes in my company. I did in one machine without any trouble, however when I try to installed in a virtual machine, that is our main resource, the virtual machine aborts itself withouts any warning.

The program don't even finish to download the resources before the machine resets. This happens installing only reporting or other parts of the DevCraft suite. Im running Win8 on VirtualBox V5.0.8 hosted on an iMac with Capitan 10.11.1.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Hi Juanfran,

Please test downloading the MSI file on the dev machine and then copy it to the virtual machine - How to download Telerik Reporting installer.
The error details in the VirtualBox log files can help you determine what causes the issue.

I hope this information is helpful.

Hello Stef

I did try also downloading from the dev machine, without results. At the end, I downgraded VirtualBox to a previous version (4,x) and it works fine now. Not idea that the problem was however.

Thank for your response.

Cheers
