Since uninstalling the trial edition of JustTrace, whenever Windows starts a dialog pops up saying:
There was a problem starting
C:\PROGRA~1\Telerik\JUSTTR~1\LIBRAR~1\x86\TELERI~3.DLL
The specified module could not be found.
Could you please tell me how to clean up my PC to stop this message from appearing?

Hello Andrew,
I am sorry to hear you have problems with JustTrace. It seems that JustTrace leaked some configuration settings in the registry. Please find the attached file. In contains two *.reg files. In case you have Windows x64, make sure you execute these files from both x86 and x64 command prompt.
Please let me know if this works for you.

The registry change you supplied didn’t work and I’m still seeing the same error message when Windows starts up.
(Apologies for not getting back to you sooner – I don’t reboot my PC very often, and I’ve usually forgotten about the JustTrace error by the time it has finished).

Hello Andrew,
We identified the issue and we are working on it. I expect that the next internal build will include the fix.
Although the message is annoying it is completely harmless and is caused by a part of our clean-up code. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

i have the same problem but i never uninstalled JustTrace.
Any ideas to fix this manually?

Hi Sascha,
The fix is ready and it will be included in our next Internal Build. We plan to release it in the week starting 4th Feb. If you cannot wait, please open a support ticket and we can send you a private build.

I still have this issue after fully uninstalling and reinstalling all telerik components.

I've only just got rid of the problem on my PC. I installed the latest version of JustTrace a couple of days ago, then let it download updates including internal builds. I then started up JustTrace, closed it down, then uninstalled it. I noticed Telerik Control Panel was listed in Control Panel -> Programs so I uninstalled that too. After rebooting my PC the dialog had finally gone!

Hi,
As Andrew has noted, to fix this you will need to install JustTrace on your machine and then start it at least once (I recommend using the latest official version, JustTrace 2013 Q2). However, it is not further necessary to uninstall any of the other Telerik products or JustTrace.
