Hi Eqatec,
I love your software! It definitely allows me to monitor my website in a
way that was not previously possible. I have a customer who is asking about
privacy issues realted to my use of eqatec software. I referred him to your
website privacy section but he wants more information. I was wondering if
you have any additional documentation on privacy issues that I could send
to my customer.

Hi Michael,
I'm glad to hear. I looked after an account in your name in our system, but I couldn't find any. Which name or company name have you used?
We certainly can help clarify privacy issues. Does your customer have any specific questions?
