Printing is a browser feature and the developer cannot control this, because your code is sandboxed by the browser. You have some more details in your other thread here.
In the future, I would advise posting your questions in the most relevant product forum, because the current one is for the Telerik Platform which is a toolset for building mobile applications, and not for ASP.NET.
