I'm not sure I properly understand your question, but RadPdfProcessing does not have dependencies on third parties and can produce PDF files by using solely the assemblies required for it.
In you're interested to know what consumers can allow you to view those files, the PDF file format specification that we're using to develop the library is version 1.7. According to this Wikipedia article about the PDF format, Acrobat Reader versions 8 and later should be able to render the files.
