For reliability and security reasons, we do not support or make available outdated builds of Fiddler.
From your question, I'm assuming that there's some reason you feel that the new version doesn't meet your needs. If you're encountering a problem of some sort, please let us know what it is so that we can either help you workaround it or fix any problem you've found.

You probably don't care, but the user agent no longer stops metro pcs upsell page when tethering a pc to android phone.

Nothing has changed in Fiddler in terms of how the User-Agent spoofing feature behaves, which suggests that the server itself has changed to reject a user-agent that it previously respected.
