Hello,
1- add a RadTelerikForm to a windows project
2- set BOTH righttoleft=yes, righttoleftlayout=true
3- Form is distorted.
I couldnt attach a screen shot using Chrome.
i will reopen this in another browser

strange, i still cannot see the attachments, even that FF allowed me to select a file, and IE even showed a progress !!!

Thanks for contacting us and for reporting this behavior.
I would like to inform you that we are aware of this behavior and we have already made some research regarding it. It seems that there are certain issues with the GDI painting when the Form's RightToLeftLayout property is set to true and custom GDI painting is performed (which is the case with RadForm). Currently I cannot give you any information whether we are going to address this issue anytime soon due to the higher priority tasks we have on our schedule and also due to the rare cases in which it is used.

well, i worked around this (even that i dont like it :( ) by postponing the switching of righttoleft till next start of the application, so that i can set the MDI form at the beginning,
this solved the issue since RightToLeft is already set to true when the form is created, all i have to change is the righttoleftlayout, this made it work.
