I have a jumplist that contains items that have a name and rating. The jumplist is sorted by the rating and then name. When I go to the item detail page, change the rating and press the back button the jumplist correctly re-sorts by the new rating. But I am positioned at the top of the jumplist. Is there any way to position back to the selected item after the sort has happened?

You can use the BringIntoView method to scroll the JumpList to any item.
