Please see my attached screen shot for what I am referring to.

I have set my Y axis max value to 10 and my X axis max value to 5.  However, the length of the X axis is not half of the length of the Y axis so our graph does not show up properly.

Hope this makes sense....Tks.

Hello,

One option in this case is to manually set the min/max values for the xAxis. Additionally - are there any width/dimension settings for the chart in question? If the issue persists, you can open a formal support ticket, and attach a small working project, demonstrating the issue in question, for additional review and testing.

We are setting a max/min for ALL axes in this case.  The issue is that the graph is not proportioned correctly to those max/min axis settings.  We are not limiting the width of the graph at all as you can see from the screen shot, it has plenty of room to expand it's width.

Hello,

In this case, there must be something else influencing the layout. To properly trace the issue, please open a formal support ticket, and send us a small working project, demonstrating the issue, for additional review and testing.
