I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I keep on getting an issue when I try to browse all the support tickets in PITS. The error message I get is "Sorry...It seems there's a problem with our server." Please let me know when this is resolved.

Hello Emmanuel,
I tested the Public Issue Tracking System and it seems to be operational at this point. Can you please double-check whether everything is OK on your end? If the issue remains, please specify whether only a certain PITS category fails to load when you attempt to drill down in it.
