I wonder how to persist a PanelBar scrolling position if the PanelBar is placed into an UpdatePanel? I believe that should be out-of-the-box feature.

Hello Miksh,

Using the code in the test page that I attached when I select different RadPanelItem (on the root level) and then choose any of the child items (for example Child RadPanelItem 11) then switch between the RadPanelItems (root level) the scroll remains on the item that I previously have selected. Try to run the page that I have attached and let me know if I am missing something in your scenario.

Hello,

I have a similar issue when I put an UpdatePanel inside a RadPanelBar the scroll position does not persists on postback when I set the ExpandMode="FullExpandedItem".  Can you help me with that?  I have been struggling with this for days now.

Thank you for you help in advanced.

Hello Sam,

In the scenario when you have a RadPanelBar, a root item with child items that have a scroll, the scroll position does not persist on post back since this is a feature of the control that is not currently implemented. However, I logged it in our PITS and also forwarded the issue to our developing team for future implementation. However, I can not give you any time frame when it will be implemented. You can vote and track the issue here (ID 8134)  http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/aspnet-ajax/8134
