Currently, RadPdfViewer does not support digital signatures. A feature request for such is available in our Public Issue Tracking System. Feel free to add your vote for it and subscribe for status change alerts here: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/details/Issue=14551.

These links are broken and I can find no mention of PDF Signatures on your feature request portal. Does the current WPF library support signed Pdf documents for viewing and printing?
