I am trying to Export the HTML page to PDF , its is Exporting it to PDF when I running it from without server , but when I run it on server in showing error in kendo-all-min.js file . PFA is attached errors.

It seems like you posted your question in a wrong forum. Are you trying to export a PDF file from an AppBuilder Cordova project? If not, please post your question in the relevant forum, I am guessing this would be the Kendo UI forums. I would also advise you to also share your export set up code in the new thread you open to make it easier to identify the problem.

Visit the Telerik Verified Plugins Marketplace and get the custom Cordova plugin you need, already tweaked to work seamlessly with AppBuilder.
